Clear Built Pools takes a different approach: our interactive configurator lets you choose your pool size, finish, waterline tile, deck, and add-ons yourself, with the total price updating live as you build — before you ever schedule a call.
We offer four core pool sizes — 8×16, 10×20, 12×24, and 15×30 — each with a base package of equipment already included, plus over 5,000 possible combinations of Diamond Brite® finishes, waterline tile, decorative concrete or Belgard paver decking, and add-ons like sun shelves, hot tubs, lighting, and heaters.
Once you've configured your pool, the next step is simple: a free on-site consultation to verify site conditions and finalize your quote, followed by a clear, scheduled build. We pull the permits, manage the construction, and walk you through your new pool system at handover.

From permit approval to handover, most builds finish in 60–90 days. We pull all permits and manage county compliance.
