Clear Built Pools was founded from our parent company, Drake Construction Services. After years of building custom homes and watching our clients go through the pool build process, we saw the same story again and again — a frustrating experience with an enormous price tag at the end.
We built a better process. You get the same quality — if not higher — as a true custom pool builder, at a lower cost and on a faster schedule, by standardizing our pool shells. Four proven sizes: 8×16, 10×20, 12×24, and 15×30.
Then you customize what actually matters to you: hot tubs, sun shelves, waterfalls, lighting, heaters, finishes, tile, and decking. Standardizing the shell lets us run efficiencies of scale on materials and construction — and we pass every dollar and every day we save straight to you.
Because we're part of Drake Construction Services, we leverage established relationships with contractors and suppliers to handle any site constraints — rock, tight access, elevation changes, complex permitting. We use the highest quality materials and equipment, so what you see is what you get.
